The “Humming Beauty” Set: Whenever a hummingbird is seen, it’s a special occasion – this rare creature is always bursting with an infectious energy and spectacular color that entrances the viewer. My inspiration for this set came from memories of my tropical country, the experience of awakening to the buzz of these iridescent beauties outside my window was magical. That such tiny birds could have every color in them at once fascinated me, and it’s that thrilling sensation I wish to express with this set, using the full range of colors from my favorite precious stones.
