SHIPPING INFORMATION
Aurora Laffite Jewelry is specially made to order and takes approximately 2 to 3 weeks before shipping. Shipping confirmations are sent once your order is on the way.
Aurora Laffite Jewelry ships through FedEx, orders may take up 1-3 business day to deliver within the United States, fully insured by us and with strict signature requirement. If faster shipping is needed, expedited shipping may be available, please contact Aurora Laffite Jewelry at info@AuroraLaffiteJewelry.com for more information and we will do our best to make it work on a case-by-case basis.
Orders are processed pending material and item availability and credit card/payment verification. All orders require signature verification. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Aurora Laffite Jewelry will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order.
Aurora Laffite Jewelry does not ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or company observed holidays.
To check the status of your order, please contact info@AuroraLaffiteJewelry.com. Please include your order number and we will get back to you in a timely manner. Be advised that if a package is returned to Aurora Laffite Jewelry (the sender) after three delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for shipping and all associated costs, including insurance, to resend.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All international orders may be subject to duties for customs clearance upon arrival to the recipient's country. The customer is responsible for these fees, if any. Aurora Laffite Jewelry is not liable for these costs.
We cannot guarantee arrival dates of international orders due to the complex and rigorous customs process that some orders incur.
Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.
We currently ship anywhere in the U.S. including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We also ship to the EU and most European Countries, Japan and other international countries.
